Comma and the local Community

Comma actively supports our local community around our Gravesend site where we have formed many effective partnerships with local charities, not-for-profit organisations and community groups. We encourage our employees to contribute their time, talent and energy to schools, charities and non-profit organisations. The Company’s Volunteer Award Scheme (VAS) does this by recognising the voluntary efforts of employees and rewarding the organisations they support with a £200 award, as long as the employee commitment and the local organisation meet certain criteria. Examples of eligible projects include coaching for junior sports clubs, conservation work or leading a Scout group.
