Terms and Conditions

The promoter is Comma Oil & Chemicals Ltd. Gravesend, Kent, DA12 2QX ("Comma").

The Promotion:

Comma is offering one free entry ticket, to selected motorsport events across the UK, with the purchase of promotional 5ltr packs of Comma Performance Motor Oil and Xstream Antifreeze & Coolant and four free tickets with 20ltr packs of Performance Motor Oil and Xstream Antifreeze & Coolant. Each 5ltr promotional pack has a promotional neck tag affixed to it, printed with a unique code. The 20ltr promotional packs have 4 free neck tags affixed, each printed with a unique code.

Once the pack is purchased, the promotional codes can be revealed and redeemed online at www.CommaOil.com or by written correspondence to Comma, for a ticket to one of the Comma selected events.

Codes can either be redeemed for one ‘Adult’ ticket of one ‘Family ticket’. Family tickets allow two adults and 2 children aged 12 and under. MotorSport Vision Standard Terms and Conditions also apply.

Comma has over 70,000 motorsport tickets to give away for events right across the UK. Alternatively, if the person redeeming the code does not wish to take an event entry ticket, the code can be redeemed for one free entry into the prize draw to win a Formula 2 goodie bag. Promotional neck tags have no cash value. Spoilt promotional codes are void.

Promotion Period: From the 16th of April 2012 until stocks last.

Comma retains the right to amend, limit or withdraw this Promotion in part or entirety at any time, without notice. Employees of Comma, MotorSport Vision (MSV) and appointed agencies and their families are not eligible to enter this Promotion.

The prize draw

The prize draw closing date will be 30th November 2012. The prize draw will be drawn in December 2012 by a third party. Winners’ names will available on written request to Comma and issued in a press release on the Comma website. The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.

Ticket redemption

Tickets for events are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis whilst stocks last. Promotional codes must be ‘received‘ by Comma, either online or by post, at least 10 days before the event date in order to be redeemed for that event. The tickets cannot be returned or exchanged for other event tickets, or cash. The tickets are not for resale. Unofficial ticket sales at event venues are strictly prohibited and appropriate action may be taken against person(s) engaging in such activity. All prize winner(s) hereby expressly agree to participate in Comma's promotional activity. It is the responsibility of the wholesaler, distributor, retailer or service provider to deliver the promotional neck tags to the consumer; Comma takes no responsibility for missing or spoiled neck tags received by consumers.
